The pavements, road sides, laybys and central reservations are filthy with masses of litter. This is a disgrace. As one of the major roads into our capital, this road should be cleared regularly. For residents and visitors alike, this is a real eye sore. As well as clearing up the mess, I suggest action is taken to capture vehicle littering with fines issued accordingly.
