Uneven surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8104397.

As you coming off the M65 at Jct 5 and travelling speed of 50/60mph You just cant avoid hitting a uneven surface of the slip road, its been always a issue when coming of the slip road, it hit so hard that has a knock on effect on the suspension and last week it even blew my bulb out, something has to be done…..
