White lines

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8098957.

When wet/sunny the lines are impossible to follow and will cause a crash M60 temp 50 limit

  • It has actually caused an accident but thankfully appears to only be a bump. The work carried out is a really bad job, the black they’ve used to cover the old white lines is highly reflective so it’s shining back as white. Really confusing for everyone driving.

    If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we will continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
