Blocked drains

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8083035.

The drains have been blocked for years. Every single time after heavy rainfall this whole area/pathway becomes flooded due to the blocked drains. The flooded pathway then becomes inaccessible for most people, especially for those in wheelchairs etc.
