Junction is constantly blocked and pedestrian crossings unable to be used

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8077582.

At traffic lights heading in all directions, the main junction on the long shoot and A5 becomes blocked. You are unable to turn right from the long shoot onto the A5 safely often without blocking the main carriageway. There is nothing to stop traffic going through the lights. Traffic also blocks the pedestrian crossings, mainly on the Long Shoot. You are not able to cross safely.
