Hanging flags

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8070346.

A number of hanging flags on bridges between A12 exit to the A127 exit. One of the flags has come loose on one side. I worry that the flag will fall off due to the wind and be a hazard for drivers.
