I am aware that children are accessing the motorway bridge access shaft underneath the m40 at this site. Access is gained alongside river Cherwell. I have concerns that this site should be secured to prevent children from accessing potentially dangerous areas and unsanitary conditions (evidence of previous occupation by homeless/drug use)
