Street lighting switched on 24/7

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8063329.

All the lights around Junction nine and it’s surrounding slip roads both on the M40 at A34 are permanently on I have previously reported this to you over the last year and this issue hasn't been dealt with - how much money is being wasted through increased electricity bills, it isn't one light it is all of them.
