Signs showing lane closure for roadworks then ends with 0 sign of any roadworks

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8058550.

Signs in this area showing closure of 3 three lanes, down to one, then after a considerable distance there is a final sign that says road works end with no road works at all present, include no vehicles setting anything up, completely nothing. This is causing tail backs further back as cars pile into lane 1 to comply with this signage that is completely unnecessary
