URGENT safety fence blown down

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8048312.

As reported on 4 June - two panels of noise and safety barrier are down. Allows access onto A14 direct from a public right of way. Previous reports shown a 'closed' but barrier is still down. This is an URGENT SAFETY issue.
