Signs STILL overgrown after verge cut

All the overgrown signs on the verge along this section of M1 remain OVERGROWN despite verge cutting because your contractor has not bothered to do the work properly. NONE of the overgrown signs have been cut fully around the base, nor any LINE OF SIGHT for approaching vehicles created by MOWING BEFORE the sign. Do your inspectors even do their jobs because all these signs are illegible and are not being identified as being a safety issue.
