Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8030966.

Cones and concrete barriers have closed off one lane. It causes problems in heavy traffic. Work was completed months ago. I see several other reports/complaints have been made over tha last months, but nothing has been done to remove these obstructions.
