Large DIP in road - uneven road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8007767.

Clearly this has been reported numerous times before. I go over this every day at the moment and it’s dangerous to road users and it hurt my neck going over it whilst following the speed limit. It’s on both lanes but the right hand lane is the worst. I’m surprised this hasn’t caused an accident. Coventry City Council have asked that I report it to you. Please sort it out. My neck can’t take much more.
