Sign down blocking footpath

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8006481.

Someone has come off the roundabout aiming for the a30 exit but has hit the light beacon and sign post. the sign is folded almost flat blocking the footpath with the direction board swinging from only one post now
