Loose manhole cover

Manhole cover rattles loudly every time a vehicle drives over it, the noise is maddening and makes it almost impossible to sleep with windows open. This manhole cover actually came loose previously and left an open manhole, damaging several vehicle's wheels and tyres, this could happen again.
