Various defects in M40 Eastbound carriageway surfaces

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7994116.

As observed 18:40, 6th August 2025. Multiple defects in the road surface of the Eastbound carriage way, in between the bridge over the motorway at Gerrards Cross and Junction 1 (The Denham roundabout) off-ramp, including carriageway slumping and circular section pothole (2 foot diameter at least 2 inches deep). The latter being positioned in the Uxbridge destined nearside lane where the M40 bifurcates into M25 Northbound slip road and the Uxbridge bound section - fast moving, 'Lane-jockeying', congested traffic at this point - needs prompt repair
