Blue bridge over A12 Colchester

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7993749.

Please make the bridge safe so that people are unable to attempt to take their life here. There have been several incidents lately of people in mental health crisis considering or attempting suicide from the blue bridge. I think I have highlighted the correct bridge on the map.
