Road surface breaking up and causing noise nuisance

The road surface has become very uneven; its breaking up across the whole road as you enter A278. It is before the Medway Council boundary. The noise cars and lorries generate when hitting this uneven and dangerous surface sounds like a bomb going off. The noise nuisance is intolerable.
