Loose anchor fittings

Reported via mobile in the Damage to Sign (NH) category anonymously at 11:50, Thu 7 August 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7992346.

The green road sign as you approach the traffic island at the junction with Higham Lane is loose. The nuts on the anchor bolts are coming undone and even in a gentle breeze it is causing the sign to rock back and forth. So much so the two display boards that are normally together to display the road sign correctly have become separated. In a stronger breeze I can see the nuts working their way off the anchor bolts and the sign could get further damaged.
