Parked vehicles on canal bridge Southbound restricting visbility at dangerous junction

Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath/cycleway/bridleway issue (NH) category anonymously at 22:50, Tue 5 August 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7984822.

There are persistently parked vehicles on canal bridge area which is actually a footpath on the Southbound A5 near the Narrow Boat pub. When trying to exit Heyford Lane at the A5 junction the parked vehicles are restricting visbility at this very dangerous junction which has alrady seen fatalities. URGENT ACTION is required to prevent vehicles parking in this area which also blocks the footpath for pedestrians / cycle users who use this to avoid being on the A5
