M3 Jct 13 south/Leigh Rd Red light out

At the traffic lights on Leigh road at the M3/Manor Way crossroads, one of the red lights is out. At traffic light no 11 the top most red light is out, facing Leigh Road eastbound traffic.

What 3 Words ///play.bend.apply this is traffic light no 11 on Leigh Road, the top most red traffic light for eastbound left turn/straight ahead traffic. This may be a safety issue as there are many high sided vehicles in this area and so the top set of lights is important for visibility.

Hampshire Highways (local authority) have informed this set of signals falls to National Highways due to the proximity to the M3.
