Blocked drain

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7967022.

There is human excrement coming out of the drain. Literally like a block sewer is coming up. Public health hazard to cyclists.

It's directly under the motorway on the Elland bypass road. it's the drain. It on the way to Huddersfield from Elland.
