Sunken large section of lane 2 creating a hazard

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7961727.

There is a previoously repaired section of lane 2 that has sunken and as another driver has stated, is several inches lower than the rest of the road. This caused my sports car to 'bottom out' and make a LOUD bang when it landed on the other side of the dip leaving me jolted in my seat as I have sports suspension. My car is now damaged underneath and National Highways are now liable as the road surface is unsafe. It appears its been like this for many months and this is unacceptable on such a fast traffic road.
