Damaged access chamber cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7945250.

The chamber cover lid has rusted severely and failed in two corners, any pressure will result in severe injury to persons, animals or cyclists.

    If the cover is ours and any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. If the cover belongs to a utility company then they will ask for them to repair asap.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
