UIn maintained Culverts

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7928116.

There are 3 Culverts running under the M4 in this area. We have been informed 1 is on a maintenance list and 2 are not. The condition of these culverts are affecting our planning to build on land south of this due to a risk of flooding because of the condition. I request that these are cleared as soon as possible and that all 3 are added to a regular maintenance. Please let me know when this work will be carried out. The Landowner North of the M4 is also being tracked down as they are also not maintaining the water course.
