Blocked drain and Foliage

Water collecting in roadway following heavy rainfall - reported by residents as this happened recently and problem obviously not resolved long term. Also there have been complaints around the foliage etc around the underpass that requires cutting back to help clear the area and make uses of the underpass feel safe using it
