Traffic lights not on at peak times

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7908093.

Each time I've tried to get off at this junction to get to work, around 8:15am, the traffic lights have not be on/ working. This is very precarious and causes traffic to back onto the motorway!

    The junction is set up for part time operation which is why it does what you have described.

    The site is OFF in the morning from 06:00 to 09:00 each weekday and then ON for the rest of the day.

    The site is due to be reviewed and possible changes made as a result.
