Red x in 2nd and 3rd lane, Camera flashing frequently

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7902881.

M62 Jct27-26, two lanes had the Red X, 3rd lane was at a standstill, forcing drivers to continue slowly after Jct 27 to get into lane 3 otherwise all traffic in other lanes would have come to a halt. There were no cones at all between Jct 27 -Jct 26 and no highway maintenance vehicles and no workforce. No lanes were closed or filtered off. This was on 15/07/2025 approx 9.10pm-9.20pm. Camera flashing constantly when passing under the Red X. Thanks
