Confusing arrows on M42 Jct 10

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7901375.

Many people are still using the left lane to go to Kingsbury, the lettering to Kingsbury on the floor is still slightly visible, the arrow also shows a straight line to go left into the two A5 lines. I think better road markings / arrows would benefit the road as it has caused many near accidents due to people not understanding which lane to use.
