Sunken tarmac on cyclepath

When descending the path from Bo Peep Lane heading South East, the pothole/depression is unseen by the rider due to the downhill angle of the path. The fault is enough to bounce one's hands off the handlebars. A few days ago, a cyclist was knocked off her bike by this sunken section and is now in hospital with multiple broken bones and internal injuries. This needs sorting urgently before another person is injured.
