Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7890483.

There is a pothole in lane three on M40 Between J2 and J3 Cannot get a photo Nearest signage was M40 A 41.8 Hope this helps I have driven through this pothole so many times as I use this route to work everyday.
