Large metak A frame and cone left dumped on grass verge.

So you cut the verges and even shred your own abandoned work work equipment and all the hidden litter and debris. National Highways you are an absolute disgrace. Get this mess cleared up immediately!

    We will arrange for one of our local inspectors to investigate this. Where we identify redundant equipment, this will be removed.

    Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, we’re responsible for collecting litter on England’s motorways and a few other strategic trunk roads. Local authorities are responsible for collecting litter on the remaining trunk and local roads, including the A1.
