Signs have not been correctly cut back of vegetation

Reported via desktop in the Sign Obscured (NH) category anonymously at 15:09, Mon 14 July 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7874997.

The verges here have been recently flailed, but either your operatives are poorly trained or deliberately lazy because the signs have not been appropriately cut back. Whilst some effort has been made to mow near the base, the signs remain heavily obscured by vegetation that should have also been cut back at the same time. The same is true of many signs from at least junction 36 onwards to here and beyond. Some important signs for safety stopping places have been overlooked by the mower all together, whilst others only were minimally cut back. This is an ongoing problem in this road management area it seems!
