All lights on eastern side of emstrey roundabout not working.

A5 westbound onto roundabout lights out. Roundabout onto A5 eastbound lights out. London Road onto roundabout lights out. Lights were not working on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th July. And again today, Saturday 12th July.
