Hi In the last few weeks this part of the M5 motorway has been resurfaced, unfortunately the new surface is what I can only describe as a SPEED HUMP, I travel this road every day and it is a disgrace,

    We’ve passed your concerns to our maintenance team for further investigation.

    We carry out frequent safety patrols to monitor the condition of the road. Any defects we find are recorded. Repairs are then prioritised based on the severity of the defect. We know that a damaged road surface can, on occasion, be potentially dangerous and we’ve processes in place to ensure any hazardous defects are repaired quickly.
