Uneven carriageway surface on approach to bridge expansion joint

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7858971.

Uneven carriageway surface approx 75mm step due to Road subsidence on approach to Bridge Expansion Joints. This was originally reported on Log No 7810120 on 4th July 25, fault signed off as repaired on 7th July 25. On driving along this section of Motorway today NO ACTION has been taken dangerous fault still not fixed. Suggest Warning Signs are erected and Engineer dispatched to inspect bridge expansion joints on either side of this structure.
