Growth blocking junction and signage

I have been advised this is a Highways matter. The junction of Walditch Road onto the A35 has obscured visibility as seen in photos. The signposts are virtually covered (as shown in white ring on photo). It is difficult to see traffic hurtling into Bridport as it comes down the hill making it dangerous whether turning left or right. Please can this vegetation be cut back
