Traffic lights and pedestrian crossing lights not working on West side of A34, and A420

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7835843.
This morning, Monday 9 July at 8.45am and tonight at 17.15 the traffic lights and pedestrian crossing lights not working on the West side of A34 for leaving A34 heading North and for A420 heading East. As I was cycling across this part of the junction, the two pedestrian crossings being out of action was making it extremely hard to cross the junction with vehicles being driven very fast. I had to resort to taking off my hiviz jacket and waving it at the on coming traffic in order to get them to stop and allow me to cross. These lights were out of action back in the spring at the same locations for weeks making the junctions very dangerous for all and for pdestrians and cyclists like me. Today I witnessed a "near miss" just after I crossed with a car nearly being crushed between two lorries as the leading lorry and car had stopped for me and the following lorry was going to fast and nearly piled into them. Very scary!
