Dangerous signage

Reported via mobile in the Electronic Sign (NH) category anonymously at 19:46, Wed 9 July 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7835509.

M62 Eastbound, between birch services and J19. Last few days, no speed limit signage, but the gantry states 40mph to inside and middle lane, and a white arrow directing the third lane inward. The sign has limited visibility at speed, and everyone jumps on breaks, 70mph to 40mph, obviously a fault that is very dangerous.
