Street light crashed into and dangerous insecure

There is a street light on the eastern arm of the M4 J19 roundabout where the lamp head is facing the opposite way to the road, looks like it has been knocked in to at some point but this has been a while but the lamp post I fear isn't secure and could fall down onto the carriageway easily in the next gale storms before the winter months before it falls onto someone so needs urgently dealing with.
