We (Surrey County Council) have received a complaint regarding overgrown vegetation obstructing footways along London Road North from Church Lane, south to Merstham. Some vegetation adjacent to these footways is the responsibility of National Highways. We would be grateful if you can arrange a hard cut back beyond the edge of the footway and a minimum height of 2.3m. Thank you.
