Following recent roadwork to implement a pedestrian refuge in Warren road, adjacent to Merriman grange nursing home. A new tarmac trench has sunk on the westbound carriageway between the pavement & the pedestrian refuge. This is causing considered road noise & disturbance, particularly from large vehicles.

  • Thank you for your report about the noise disturbance following third party development works on Warren Road.

    Please be advise that their contractors attended overnight on 7 July when a patching repair was carried out to the trench.
