Reported via desktop in the Not working (NH) category by Mark Theakstone at 10:22, Mon 7 July 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7819744.

Lighting columns GM5 and GM9 have twisted head fittings, also the feeder pillar next to GM9 is open

Updates

  • Thank you for making your report.

We've checked and can confirm the feeder pillar has been secured. The twisted lanterns will require Traffic Management and a Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) to rectify, which we will raise a 28 day job for.

Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.

    Kind regards

    National Highways
