Growth blocking the traffic lights

J27 of the M6 the traffic lights on the bridge that goes over both sides of the motorway aren’t clear to motorists. The growth from the trees ect have grown round the traffic lights so they are hard to see. The issue is location is up the M6 J27 slip road the traffic lights for the roundabout (not the set coming off the M6 SB it’s the set in front of them / behind them if that makes sense. The traffic lights have been hard to see for at least 4 months now and it’s getting to the point where it’s getting dangerous.
