Uneven surfaces - raised roadsurface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7771042.

Section of road with bumps across road due to ground cracking and rising up across road.

Saw a car parked in hard shoulder last week with broken springs.

This problem has been there for 5years now. But still not fixed.

  • Thank you for making your report. We have a scheme M181 Ride Quality Pavement due to be constructed in September, the scope of which will rectify the raised profiles along the route

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
