Hedge/grass blocking view, joining main carriageway

The grass and hedges either side of Red Lane, which joins the a483 are overgrown. Often the bottom of the grass is trimmed by farmers, however due to the nature of the steep lane the whole bank needs to be cleared, both sides. And although it's now a 30mph stretch, many don't adhere to the new limit. Obscured view, and a corner it's getting very difficult. Thank you.
