The new yellow cats eyes split my tyre

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7761809.

I drove over the new yellow cats eyes on the roandabout approaching the traffic lights to go on the local road - got to hackers to find i had a flat tyre - it had completely ripped my tyre. Resulting in me calling help to put on spare and purchasing a new tyre
