2 days ago Manhole cover moving again (as reported before and remedial work done before and sorted) and now clattering very loudly again whenever traffic on the road ie virtually 24 hours.

    If the manhole is ours and any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. If the manhole belongs to a utility company then they'll ask for them to repair asap.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
