Grass on verge is very tall an obstructing sight

The tall grass on the verge is obstructing view when leaving the Croughton turn onto Barley Mow Roundabout. Cannot see traffic approaching from A43/M40 northbound. Several near misses recently as i have to use this road twice a day.

The grass is 4ft high and makes leaving Croughton onto A43 extremely dangerous az you cannot see any small vehicles coming northbound on A43 from M40 direction. Everyday there us a Keir/highways vehicle parked up right beside it, the roundabout was cut over a week ago but this was left why?
