Overgrown grass obscuring oncoming traffic

The grass/ vegetation is has grown too high on the traffic island, thus reducing visibility.
Rather than being able to see the oncoming traffic before I start building up speed on the slip road, I can only see the on coming traffic when I start building up traffic on the slip road.
This makes exiting the slip road on to the live lanes bit on the hairy side, especially during rush hour.
